Refunds & Returns Policy
At Bunce & Bloom we pride ourselves for our excellent customer service. If you have any problems with your CBD order, please contact us and we can help resolve any issues you may have.
We can offer full refunds to all orders if the contents are faulty, damaged or incorrect. If you have any other reason for wanting to return your order, we may be able to offer a refund or replacement depending on the issue. This will be offered upon our discretion, please contact us with your issue and we will work hard to offer the best solution.
For return requests, please contact us with your order number and reason for returning and we will respond appropriately. Returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt, and a refund or exchange will be actioned providing orders are returned in its original, unused condition. At this time we cannot cover costs of returning goods, so we recommend that you send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the items.
We recommend checking you have received the correct items against your order before you open anything, as any opened products will not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the reported issue, although in most cases, it will be sooner. We will ensure you are kept informed during this process so you are always up to date.
